We were hot in August, so we enjoyed our popsicles outside on the patio and enjoyed our animal visitors outside as well. In September we will be having National Assisted Living Week, with the theme being Joyful Moments. We will kick off the week on September 11 with a County Fair Day from 1-4 pm. Local 4H kids and businesses are gathering together to host animals, projects, games, and food for all in attendance. It will be a great way to spend Grandparents’ Day, so make plans to join us!

Other activities that week will be exciting and will be posted on our website and on the monthly calendar. We are also looking forward to the first visit of many to come from Osborne Nature Center. They will be visiting us about Monarch Butterflies this month.

As always, the doors are open for a visit or if you are looking to volunteer let me know.

See you soon!
