Happy April! Its finally warming up and the smell of grilling food and warm spring rain will be filling the air. April is a turning into a very busy month for the residents at the Edgewood Convalescent Home. To start our month residents will be having some April Fool's fun by taking photos with some silly prompts. I am looking forward to lots of fun and laughs this day. Last months talent show was rescheduled and will now be held on April 7th at 2:00 pm. We are hatching eggs again this year. They will be scheduled to start working their way out of the shells on Friday, April 19th, just in time for Easter. Edgewood Convalescent Home will be hosting their annual Community Easter Egg Hunt on April 20th at 10:00 am. We hope to see many familiar faces at the hunt! The morning starts off with fun games, tattoos, and cookie frosting. The hunt for eggs starts at 10:40 am. This year we plan to put out at least 2000 eggs to find. We are hoping for some nice weather to sit outside, take in some sunshine and get some fresh air.
