COVID-19 Vaccine Update
Happy New Year Everyone!
We are so excited to announce that we have partnered with Walgreens and will have our Covid-19 vaccination clinic here at the Edgewood Convalescent Home on January 15th. We have been busy gathering all of the necessary paperwork and information needed for the vaccine. The vaccine we are receiving is from the Pfizer Company and will be given in two doses 21 days apart. We are so excited to be apart of this groundbreaking vaccination process that will help our loved ones and our staff through this pandemic.
If any family member or community member is interested in volunteering to help us with our screening process please call Sara at 563-928-6461. This would involve sitting at a table and screening individuals into the building. We would like to do 4 hour shifts to help with the screenings. This would be a great opportunity to volunteer and would be greatly appreciated by all of us at Edgewood Convalescent Home and Lincolnwood Assisted Living.
