Hello Family and Friends!

On behalf of everyone at the Edgewood Convalescent Home we want to thank you for all of your love, support, kindness, and patience this year. As everyone knows this has been an extremely trying year and we were able to face the challenges that arose because of your support and encouragement. This time of year finds us reflecting on the things that we appreciate and love. This community and it’s strong family values make us happy and proud, and keep us motivated to work hard for the elders that we serve.  Whether you sent food, words or encouragement, flowers, hugs, or prayers, please know that you built us up and gave us the strength to keep fighting through this pandemic.  Someone once told me that you never know what tomorrow will bring so embrace it will open arms and do your best. I am sure none of us could have anticipated what this year has brought to us and we still don’t know what tomorrow will bring. With that being said, there are some things we do know. We know that we are proud and humbled to care for our precious residents and tenants. We know we have the support of a phenomenal community and group of families. We know that this will end someday and we will welcome all of you into our facility with open arms. We know that no matter what we face we will do so with fortitude and faith. We know that we believe in kind, compassionate, care and we will never give up on providing that to your loved ones. May God bless you all!

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!

Sincerely,

Sara McCool
