Lincolnwood Assisted Living

It’s hard to believe we are moving into September and towards the end of summer (why does summer seem to go by so much faster than winter?).  Kids are back to school.  Where has the first half of 2019 gone? 

While moving into September, we are coming around the corner to Assisted Living week which is September 8-14.  We have several activities planned for the tenants here at Lincolnwood.  On Monday, we will be having a wine tasting with Rosie here at the facility.  We have Jane from Chicken Creek Studio coming on that Wednesday to do paintings with the tenants.  We will have a special breakfast one of the days that week and be making personal homemade pizzas with the tenants.  To end the week, we have planned a trip to the Edgewood Museum.  We will be taking the facility bus to the museum so all the tenants are able to join us and not worry about having a ride.  We hope that this will be a fun week for everyone involved!
