Hello, May! We are finally having some warm weather, and lots of rain, which means yard work! It’s important to stay hydrated when you’re working hard outside by drinking lots of water. Put a fun twist on regular old water by adding sliced strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, and lemons to an ice cube tray with a little water. This makes for a cool and refreshing water that has added minerals and vitamins that our bodies need! And as always, don’t forget to come join us for brunch at the end of the month!
