Living through a pandemic is not something any of us necessarily imagined. And yet, we all keep putting one foot in front of the other and we progress. The seasons change and life keeps rolling. We progress in our thinking and behaviors. We progress in our attitudes and tolerances. As a self-contained community, ECH already knew the value of our bonds with each other, but now we know how to rely on them. Walking down our halls, one will witness many small, seemingly insignificant acts of kindness among residents and staff. Thoughtful cards or gifts exchanged at difficult times and offers to lend a hand to someone in need of one. These acts are small but certainly not insignificant. These are the kind of actions that will bolster us and support us as we move through this unchartered territory. We know that the pandemic will not last forever, but the strength we find in each other will.

This year is no different from any other, in that we will be holding our annual flu clinic! Date TBD. A consent form will be sent out for all residents so please be looking for that and returning it promptly.

All staff are highly encouraged to participate, at no cost, of course!
