Hi everyone, happy almost fall! Garden season is about coming to an end! I was able to donate many cherry tomatoes from my own garden this year, and will have squash to include in meals for the residents! Our residents LOVE fresh fruits and vegetables from the garden so if you have an over abundance we will gladly take them off your hands! They always ask for fresh produce. Not only are they full of good nutrients for the residents, but they boost their spirts too. I think we could all use a little of that right about now!

With the kids going back to school meal prepping for the week can be a huge time saver for those busy mornings and nights. If your children take a lunch, meal prepping on Sundays is a great way to get back into a routine! Some great things to pack include grapes, carrots, cherry tomatoes, finger sandwiches, V8 juice, crackers, pickle roll ups, etc.
