Maintenance News

Following the annual survey by the Department of Inspections and Appeals the State Fire Marshal inspects our building for compliance.  During this visit an audit for safety in building structure as well as fire and life safety codes.  This includes fire doors, fire panels, alarms testing, drill requirements, etc.  We anticipate this inspection to go very well. 

Please be reminded to comply with our regulations we cannot have items above the light bars in resident rooms.  This cannot be used as a shelf and is considered a fire safety hazard.  Another important item to remember is that we cannot use plug in adapters, with a few exceptions, or door wedges.

We understand this maybe an inconvenience but appreciate your compliance as it helps us to maintain a safe environment for all.
