Lincolnwood Assisted Living offers lifestyle options to help tenants maintain their independence, socialize, and enjoy activities. Knowing a helping hand is available if needed makes life stress-free and improves our tenants’ quality of life. Affordable apartment-style living enables a tenant to personalize their new home and to come and go as they please.
Adults 55+ can choose from three apartment layouts from standard, moderate, and deluxe one-bedroom apartments.
Some of the services included in the monthly rental fee include:
- Housekeeping services
- Two chef-inspired meals daily
- Utilities, basic cable, Wi-Fi (except phone)
- Activities programming
- 24/7 Emergency response pendant
- Maintenance-free living
Additional healthcare services can be provided on our campus if they are needed. The ability to live in one location for the duration of their life, with much of their future care already figured out can provide a great level of comfort to the tenant and their family. Assisted living is paid for privately through a month-to-month lease. Individuals who qualify for veterans benefits or have long-term care insurance with assisted living coverage may use those benefits to help cover assisted living expenses. Contact us with additional questions.
